The villa has two separate floors (interior details), and you may rent either the entire house or the upstairs only. The downstairs is never rented separately, so in either case you always have exclusive use of the property. Weekly rates (seven nights) listed in US dollars. Please contact us for more information.

We request a 25% deposit to hold your reservation, with the balance due 60 days before arrival (for bookings from December 15th through January 5th we request a 50% deposit with the balance due 90 days before arrival). Payment can be made by check or credit card. We have a three-night minimum stay during peak season and a five-night minimum during off season.
